What I’m sharing with others

Teaching 1 : 1 (Theses)

I supervise theses on the Bachelor and Master level. From my first two years doing that, I notice patterns of questions that come up for almost every student. Though every student and every thesis is different, I’m currently developing a guide that is meant to help students deal with the most common questions. If you think this guide could be helpful for you as a student or for you as a teacher/researcher (for your students…), please feel free to use and share it. If you have questions, comments, or suggestions for improvements, please reach out to Luca.versteegen@gu.se. Ideally, this guide will be continuously developed (until this paper on the relationship between sugar intake and conservatism is published…).

Teaching 1 : Many (Online)

At APSA 2022, I was interviewed by Sage Publishing for their 2024 series on “Political Science and International Relations,” designed as a digital resource in libraries and universities primarily for undergraduate teaching and learning.

The video revolves around my work on white Americans’ inclusion experiences (see publications), but also covers other research on identities, emotions, majority members, status threat, identity politics, and the populist radical right.

This video is owned by Sage (see here, for the original source: https://sk.sagepub.com/video/white-identifiers-and-radical-right-populism).
